What if I need a custom product?

Please click here to visit our on-line quote request form. We will ask you to Login.  You will then be taken to a form that will ask you to enter all the details of your quote request.


Why are there minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities allow us to cover our production costs. We are happy to ship less than minimum orders, however you will be charged a $15.00 handling fee to do so.

Why am I getting an error message when I try to place my order?

Error messages can be caused by a couple of different issues.  The most common is an error with the Credit Card that you are tring to use.  These days, the security of the CC processing system is very tight.  If everthing does not match EXACTLY, the system will kick out the card.  A solution to this is to verify all of the information that you have entered.  Make sure the billing and shipping address is correct.  The billing address is the address where the credit card statement is sent to.  This is not always the same location where you work.  Perhaps your CC statement is sent to corporate and you view it online.  In this case, you would need the address of the corporate office.

Another reason that you might be getting an error message is that our site is having a temporary technical problem.  If this is the case, PLEASE call us immediately.  We strive for 100% ease of ordering!  If there is a problem, we want to hear about it so we can get the fix in place.

How do I qualify for the EZMAKEĀ® SIGN SYSTEM FREE software?

The EZMAKE® SIGN SYSTEM FREE software requires an initial order minimum.  This can be met either with a starter kit, or a selection of packages of media that equal the same dollar value.

How long will it take to get my order?

We attempt to ship every order as soon as possible.  Depending on product inventory levels, and your location, your order may ship and arrive to you in as little as two days.  It could take as long as 2-3 weeks, if we are out of stock and you are a longer shipping distance from us.  If you are in a hurry for your order, be sure to give us a call.  We do everything we can to meet your deadlines!

I need a product I don't find on the SAFETYCAL website, what should I do?
