You will be sent a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION form by one of our friendly staff. Simply box up your product and return it to us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package via UPS/Insured or Parcel Post/Insured.

Upon receipt of your package, the returned items will be counted and inspected. Upon re-stocking your account will be credited accordingly, less a 15% re-stocking fee. Re-stocking fee will be waived if return is due to faulty product.

We are unable to accept customized products for return.
