CONFINED SPACE ENTRY PERMITS
This Confined Space Permit is made of durable, weather resistant Outdoor Tag stock OR our great new product HARDY-TAG™ and can be customized to fit your specifications. The Outdoor Tag Stock will hold up under most conditions and still be legible for filing. But for those extreme conditions, the HARDY-TAG™ is sure to meet the challenge. Available as a one sided OR a two sided tag and material choices of Yellow, White, Orange, Red, Green or Blue. Please note, a one time set up charge will apply to first orders.
