Danger - Lockout/Tagout Power Before Servicing, Repairing, Cleaning, or Retooling Equipment OSHA Lockout Sign reminds employees to follow proper lockout/tagout procedures before servicing equipment. This sign is available multiple sizes and materials:
- Aluminum (.040) – This is a UV protected material that can withstand most environmental conditions, washdowns, and rust. The service temperature range of .040” aluminum is -40°F to 250°F. Corners are rounded with 3/16” mounting holes (adjusted for larger sizes).
- Plastic – .060” high-density styrene plastic material. Semi-rigid with UV resistance from 1-3 years and a service temperature range of -90°F to 168°F. Corners are rounded with 3/16” mounting holes (adjusted for larger sizes).
- Adhesive Vinyl – 4-mil thick flexible material with acrylic adhesive. Surface is non-glare and moisture resistant with a service temperature range of -40°F to 176°F.
