This lockout tag includes three different statuses (operate, connect, remove) for locking out equipment. Size is 6"H x 3.25"W with the following material options:

• Synthetic Cardstock – Pliable 10-mil pulp-free synthetic cardstock material (polyolefin based) with a 9/32” nickel plated grommet. Since material has no wood or paper content, it will not rip or disintegrate in moist conditions. Ideal use for indoor and short-term outdoor conditions. Write-on surface is scuff-resistant with a matte finish.
• 0.030" Plastic (STD grommet) - Semi-rigid, durable 0.030" styrene plastic material (more economical version of our standard 0.060" styrene) with a 9/32” nickel plated grommet. UV resistant from 1-3 years and a service temperature range of -90°F to 168°F. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.
